2 cups Amira Good first-class Health
Brown Basmati
v 1
carrot grated,1 bunch of spinach, washed and roughly chopped,1 onion,3 cloves

minced garlic,1 tbsp pepper powder,, salt to taste

cups of water or vegetable stock, 2tbsp oil
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic and fry till translucent .add spinach
and grated
Carrot and sauté
for few minutes. Add pepper and salt. once

minutes, or
until the water has evaporated and the rice is cooked. Serve hot with

through(about 5 minutes). In a microwave oven, cover and cook
